− The road it’s on, so hilly and hard to turn as only thin road
We had a lovely stay.

− The stairs where a bit awkward for my husband as he has walking difficulties and there's no downstairs toilet.Windows could do with cleaning.

Convenient and comfortable house for a big group trip.
9.0Convenient access to the lock box. Large table in dining room was great for group meal and breakfast. Easy access to good eateries and the centre of Harrogate.
− A single key for a group house was inconvenient. And extra key would have been helpful as some people wanted to return early to sleep, but had to leave the door unlocked.
