− casa poco pulita con un fortissimo odore di chiuso e di muffa; positivo poter stare in giardino anche per i pasti pero' l'interno dovrebbe essere curato di piu' (specie la pulizia)

Haus mit tollen Garten, super Lage
6.0Lage super, schöner eingewachsener Garten..Haus einfach, aber in Ordnung…
− Küche müsste modernisiert werden. Küchenausstattung sehr einfach, neue Pfannen wären toll. Das Nachbarhaus wird gerade kernsaniert, dadurch war es teilweise sehr laut. Die Hausbesitzerin ist uns aber mit der Miete sehr entgegengekommen, das ist nicht selbstverständlich.
