9.0When I finally got the code only a few hours before I was supposed to checkin, it was a great property
− Getting the code and access to the property before I had to call several times to both the property and booking.com for help. I don't know who dropped the ball but this is the first time I've had a problem. The property mgr when I finally got thru to the number claims that they had sent info days before. I actually got the information on email the day after I checked out! Booking.com agent no help either!
I really wanted to love this place and come back but I had pay extra for the hot tub and it didn’t work. So we never got

− The Hot tub was an extra cost and it didn’t work. Lots of rules. Floor wasn’t very clean. Super dirty rug in bathroom. The TV didn’t work in one of the rooms. It should be half the price because of all these issues. I wish I stayed somewhere else

Great house for your Palm Desert Vacation in La Quinta. Very cute but needs better cleaning.
7.0The home is uniquely decorated and a delight to stay in. The pool is an added bonus and very enjoyable to go outside and it's right there! We loved the bar, sitting area and three bedrooms. The vibe of the property was enjoyed by our entire group, we had lots of fun pictures and loved the space and it's layout. It really gave a Palm Springs vibe.
− There are some area's the property owner or manager could improve. In the kitchen there is a lack of forks, and cooking utensils. There is a lack of cleaning supplies under the sink which would be appreciated when you're staying there a couple of days. The bathrooms were not cleaned well but we do appreciate that a cleaner showed up within 24 hours to fix the issues in the bathrooms. Bath mats were clearly not washed and should be each time prior to new guests arriving. Extra towels for pool would be appreciated. Fans needs to updated in bedrooms so that when it's so hot you have air movement.
