− Water for shower was not hot. Didn't end up taking one in the evening as I let it run for 15 minutes with no change. There were no extra pillows, and the ones that were offered were ready to be pitched.
Frustrating
3.0I usually stay once a month, but it will be my last time. I booked through Booking.com like I always do. The manager said that I had booked three rooms and I had only booked one. I showed her my Booking.com that stated that I only booked one room. I’m not sure what the confusion was, but I don’t get it at other properties.
− Clean, great location and comfortable
The bed was great. I'll stay here again.
10.0It was clean, comfortable, bathroom was spacious. I would stay here again. I overslept and missed breakfast.
− My wife stayed the previous week. The first room they took her to hadn't been cleaned yet and was next to the stairway. She let the front desk know and they moved her to a great room.
