6.0We love the location and the spacious apartment style with kitchen.
− This particular trip, the apartment just seemed really beat up and not overly clean, the towels all smelled awful so we decided to wash them and when we did we realized why, the washing machine was not operable. We messaged about it and was told they would check with maintenance but I never heard back, we had to get our own towels to finish the trip.
No frills apartment, but very clean and with all the necessities
10.0Great location. Big free parking lot. Very clean apartment. We didn’t use the kitchen, other than to put water bottles in the fridge, but it looked very well stocked. We loved the washer and dryer and the nice touch of the laundry pods. Ironing board and iron were also very much appreciated! Great communication from the owner Angel.
− The shower curtains 👎🏻 It wouldn’t be a bad idea to substitute the broken blinds, and patch the holes behind the door and another one down the hall. They did not bother us, but it brings down the effect of an otherwise really nice apartment.

10.0Very roomy. Felt newer. Liked having extra blankets, good counter space, had laundry inside the room, laundry soap provided. Loved not having carpet except for bedrooms. Liked 2 bathrooms. Safe area.

It is mandatory to hang the parking permit from the rearview mirror of your vehicle. The permit can be found in the unit and upon check out, please leave it in the unit for the next guest. The fee to replace a permit is $25 USD.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
