− el ascensor es inseguro , incluso la gente del lugar trata de no usarlo , decir que cuenta con ascensor es un tanto exagerado , las puertas del ascensor no cierran y todo el conjunto luce riesgoso. Muy oscuro , me equivoque de zona . La persona que me lo entrego trato de modificarme la hora de check out. Para llegar al ascensor hay que subir una escalera de varios peldaños

10.0Me encantó todo! El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario y más, es bonito, cuidado al detalle, air.con y ventilador (importante en Roma). La cocina fantástica. El barrio tranquilo y muy de gente local, con una parada de bus en la puerta (bus 64 y 62) para ir al centro. Es un oasis dentro del trajín de Roma. La anfitriona absolutamente de 10, accesible por WhatsApp para cualquier consulta, deseosa de ayudar con estupendas sugerencias y atenta a los detalles que convierten un buen alojamiento en uno excelente.

A great, nice trip to Rome with excellent accommodation
10.0We stayed in these wonderful and very comfortable apartments in July 2025. We were greeted with a welcome drink, and all kitchen appliances were in perfect condition. Fresh bedding and towels were provided in abundance. We spent 5 delightful days here with my daughter — everything was simply perfect. Mariella shared suggestions and sent helpful links to places we could explore. The nearest supermarket was just a 3–4 minute walk away, offering a good selection of products to suit all tastes. Right across the street, there’s a lovely pizzeria serving delicious pizza. And Rome itself—well, it’s breathtaking beyond words. Mariella was always available, answering all our questions and checking in on how we were doing. In short: if you're looking for tranquility, coziness, comfort, and the feeling of being “at home,” I wholeheartedly recommend this place. We will definitely return! 9.0El apartamento tiene una buena ubicación, a cinco minutos a pie del Vaticano. Tiene parada de autobús de la línea 62 y 64 delante y restaurantes cerca. La anfitriona, muy amable y atenta, nos hizo buenas recomendaciones.
− El colchón del sofá cama es un poco incómodo si tienen que dormir adultos.
