Absolute Enttäuschung
1.0− Die Fotos entsprachen nicht der Realität, der Weitwinkel hat sie extrem geschönt, ebenso war aus dem Objekt das Meer nicht zu sehen. Keine Lagebeschreibung für den Schlüsselkasten. Keine Parkmöglichkeit. Auf der Rückseite war Sperrmüll gelagert. In der Wohnung waren keine Bedienungsanleitungen vorhanden, dadurch Einstellung der Heizung nicht möglich. Miserable Betreuung vom Vermieter, Kundenservice von Novasol unfähig und nicht kundenorientiert. Reklamation wurde unter fadenscheinigen Gründen abgelehnt.
