La ubicación ya que está cerca de las pozas , como a 10 minutos y se puede ir caminando . La parte exterior del hotel es muy bella, frente al río . La atención fue excelente todos muy amables. Te recogen donde te deja el bus y te llevan al hotel sin cobrar más.

− La primera noche nos asignaron una habitación en malas condiciones, ventanas rotas y se llenó de insectos , ademas el baño estaba descuidado. Sin embargo , al día siguiente les hicimos saber esto y sin problema nos cambiaron a otra habitación que estaba en muy buenas condiciones.

This was very close to Semuc Champey. The pool was nice and relaxing. There was plenty of bed space for 5 people (it could probably sleep 7, but there wasn't a lot of space for luggage)

− Our hotel room got robbed, so that ruined the entire experience at the hotel.. Fortunately no one was in the room and everyone was safe from harm. We noticed when we checked in that one of the screens on the room wasn't entirely secure, but we didn't worry about it since we were in the middle of nowhere. Big mistake. Just before dinner (first night being there) or during dinner (while we were on the property) someone went through our room, tore through several of our bags, and took 2 cell phones and a laptop computer.. We probably wouldn't have noticed right away except that we had requested a room change because with the ripped screens and the one that wasn't secure, tons of bugs were getting in our room. Upon starting to pack, the kids realized their phones were missing, and so I immediately checked where I had placed my work computer. We reported it to the hotel, who was apologetic and advised they reported it, but didn't seem too helpful. I contacted the ministry of tourism, who said they'd follow up. The next morning everything was given back to us with a very unlikely story.. They did remove that night's stay from our booking, but I could never recommend this place to a person travelling with kids. Given the reviews, I expected to have a wonderful experience. I have traveled a lot of central and South America, and this is the only time I've ever had a bad experience. I would say if you ever have a negative experience travelling in Guatemala, contact the tourism ministry. They are very on top of things!

Muy linda experiencia

La amabilidad y atenciones del personal, lo cerca que está a Semuc Champey, fuimos caminando. Solucionan todo, te buscan (sin costo) en la terminal de Lanquin , al retirarnos te llevan (con costo) a Lanquin. La piscina muy muy linda, el entorno, lo tranquilo, seguro.

− La primer habitación que nos dieron no era muy cómoda, era demasiado sencilla para el precio, pero nos cambiaron a una mejor sin cargos extra.

Surpreende além do anúncio

A pousada surpreende com relação ao anúncio. Localização é excelente. São 10 minutos à pé da bilheteria do parque de Samuc Champey. Compensa muito ficar hospedado para desfrutar o máximo daquele local, além de poder utilizar a piscina do hotel ou nadar no rio em frente ao hotel. Outro destaque é o restaurante. São boas opções (e seguras), pois ali na vizinhança do parque as ofertas gastronômicas são suspeitas. A equipe foi sensacional. Nos recebeu para check in de madrugada (nos perdemos no caminho), e a comunicação foi muito boa antes já que lá não tem sinal de celular ou wi-fi. Os quartos são rústicos, pequenos e sem água quente (nem precisa). Mas são limpos e se misturam no clima daquela aventura. ***o critério da avaliação é proporcional, levando-se em conta a proposta que o local oferece e ao uso e público a que se destina.

Tolle Lage in Gehdistanz nach Semuc Champey. Wunderschöne Aussicht. Gute Tipps bzgl. Touren vom Hotel (Kein Guide nötig in Semuc, Spezialpreis für Cave und Tubing Tour), wenn man den Transfer über ihren Partner bucht ist die Abholung beim Busbahnhof in Lanquin inkl. Wir konnten nach der Ankunft mit dem Nachtbus auch schon früher einchecken und in unser Zimmer. Achtung good to know: man ist wirklich im Dschungel, es hat Insekten und Skorpione: Schuhe und Hängematte ausschütteln! In Semuc gibt es in allen Unterkünften kein WLAN, kein heisses Waser zum Duschen und nur 2x /Tag Strom vis Generator- wenn man es weiss kein Problem Das Mobilnetz ist ebenfalls sehr schlecht: Claro hat gar keinen empfang, Tigo sollte besser sein

− Nichts: Man wird vorher informiert was einem erwartet, sehr einfaches Hotel gür 1-2 Nächte perfekt!
