Perfectly-placed, neat tidy and comfortable for what I needed
7.0The location near the city centre was perfect. The apartment was tidy and clean
− Noise from the building site of the stadium during the weekdays was not great - but that's not your fault! Access to the car park, and understanding where to park, was not easy
Excellent location for short stay

− Better instructions for TV would be helpful. Lights on stairwell not working Could do with better insulation around the front door to save on heating.
Near to CBD
8.0Washing machine with drying function. Washroom got sidedoor to bedroom.
− Spiderwebs in the balcony, dust on the phone. Large construction site nearby (don’t know the noise level as I was staying in weekends) Landlord not reachable. Car need to park across the road around 100m away.
