The weather was ok during our stay so we were able to get out and had an enjoyable stay overall.

Every thing needed for self catering and lots of left over teabags and coffee variety from previous visitors. Nice appliances in the kitchen.

− Fold out double sofa bed was difficult for a couple of oldies to manage and not comfortable. No space around the bottom of the bed so one persons had to clamber over the bed to get to the bathroom.

Sehr schön gestyltes Interieur. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Bei technischem Problem mit dem Router kam sofort und freundlichst Antwort und Lösung.

− Der Außenbereich ist zu klein und kaum zu nutzen. Das Klappbett versperrt, nachdem es aufgeklappt ist, den Weg zum Bad. Das ist für 2 Personen gewöhnungsbedürftig!

We only stayed 1 night. I liked the trip to A & E as a result of walking into an overgrown bush covering the front door and cutting my face. The hosts did not answer there phones

− The sofa bed is positioned in such a place that you have to climb over my wife to get to the bathroom. The place was dirty and sheets filthy and used. it smelt and it was dangerous to get to the front door and i ended up in A & E and that is all we needed as the reason we where in Seaford was that my daughter in law was fighting for her life with cancer and passed away 2 days after we checked in although we only spent 1 night here no refund offered and the hosts just did not answer the phone. I am going to contact environmental health regarding this property. We booked into the Premier inn in newhaven and can prove this as a result of the inhabitable conditions at this property

Quirky accommodation in an excellent location, but not getting a good nights sleep let us down!

Location was excellent

− Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. Could not gain access with ease to the bathroom once the sofa bed was pulled out. Had to climb over my husband during the night to get to the bathroom. Therefore, this accommodation would not suit people with disabilities. TV did not work. No ventilation or heating in the bathroom leading to a damp/musty smell.

Lovely safe and cosy cottage in a brilliant location. Thank you.

Excellent location. Safe. Central. Breakfast not included but appreciated the milk, biscuits and chocolates. Thank you.

− The sofa bed wasn't as comfortable as when I stayed in March of this year - Squeaky frame and lumpy mattress. Duvet and pillows and their covers did not smell very fresh this time. Maybe they could all do with an upgrade?....
