8.0Very modern and tidy in a very convenient location for the wedding me and my family attended and a much better deal than the hotels in the area at least for five people
− Getting out of the driveway at any sort of rush-hour was a little hairy, but it’s New York so that is to be expected anywhere on the lower half of the state.

10.0We liked the location and the garden, the shower was powerful, parking was good, it’s all on one floor so easy assessable ( upstairs was out of bounds), open plan lounge, dining kitchen, TV was smart.
− The window blinds were broken on some of the windows, it felt dark inside - but that’s the style of the house.

10.0The host (Nick) was responsive and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The fenced backyard was a plus and the villa was very clean.
