Die eigentlich ruhige Lage zwischen Dorftrubel und Strand war für uns perfekt!
9.0Super gefallen hat uns besonders die Lage: Kurze Wege zum Strand und Restaurant-/Shopping-Straße, jeweils max. 5 Min. Fußweg. Auch die Aufteilung des Hauses ist gut: Neben großem Raum mit Küchenzeile, Ess- und Wohnbereich gibt es unten noch ein Gäste-WC und 2 Abstellräume, eine große Glas-Schiebetür führt vom Wohnbereich zum abgeschlossenen Innenhof. Die Treppe, sehr steil und schmal, führt ins OG mit den beiden Schlafzimmern und dem Bad. Alles hell und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet (bis auf einige Kunstpflanzen). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
− Das Haus teilt sich die Zufahrt zum Hintereingang eines Restaurants, wo es über Tag u.a. zu Anlieferverkehr, lautem Säubern von Müllcontainern mittels Hochdruckreiniger etc. kam. Das hat uns schon gestört. Ist man aber schon zeitig und über Tag unterwegs wird man davon weniger mitbekommen. Am Abend und in der Nacht sehr ruhig.

− Helaas zat er geen airco in, waardoor het huis heel warm was.

Fijn huis aan rustige straat in 't centrum, dichtbij 't strand.
8.0Fijn huisje, precies wat ik zocht. Lekker in 't centrum, dicht bij 't strand en niet op een drukke straat.
− Een avond was er een live concert vlak bij, dat stopte gelukkig om 24 u. 't Was wel lawaaig. Ook wel last van gezoem van airco-unit van een hotel/restaurant in de buurt. Het huurhuis zelf heeft geen airco. Lijkt me dat 't wel warm kan worden in de zomer. Gelukkig zat ik er tijdens een relatief koele week.
