新装修的套房，很干净，所有需要的设施和装备一应俱全。周围有很好的餐馆、面包房和冰淇淋店。去租船的码头也很方便，走路不到十分钟。如果以后再有机会来撒丁岛，一定会再来的。

I have rented over 50 different apartments on Booking, and this one was absolutely the best of them all! Everything here is perfect: the cleanliness, the host, the amenities, and the space. It is a fantastic option for groups of friends or families. I will definitely come back here with pleasure. 10/10! ​What I liked ​The Apartment: Beautiful terrace with a stunning view of the sea and the marina. It is incredibly spacious and smells very nice. ​Rooms & Comfort: 3 bedrooms, each equipped with top-quality air conditioning that cools the room down very quickly. One bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom, plus there is a second general bathroom. ​Kitchen & Amenities: The apartment is fully equipped, making you feel right at home. While most holiday rentals have poor-quality kitchenware, here everything was 10/10. Every possible type of glass, mug, and utensil was available, brand new, and spotlessly clean. ​The Host: Mara Crobu is an amazing host, full of genuine hospitality and positive energy. She is extremely helpful and highly recommended!

− ​I literally searched for any flaws or downsides just to avoid giving a perfect score, but I couldn't find a single thing. There was absolutely nothing to dislike!

− aggiungerei un tostapane Unica pecca la pressione dell'acqua. Dovevamo fare una doccia per volta nonostante i due bagni, e l'acqua veniva comunque piano Aggiungerei qualche gruccia nella terza camera Il prezzo a settimana è un pò altino, ma tutto sommato l'appartamento li vale

I loved everything!..... I wish I could have stayed longer. Mara (the host) was very friendly and very helpful...check in and check out very easy. Apartment is very modern, super clean and has everything you would require. Good location and near to great restaurants. A couple of things that made my stay particularly enjoyable.... Air conditioning in bedrooms as well as living area. Mosquito nets on all windows and doors. Washing machine. Dishwasher. This was my first time visiting Sardinia and I hope to return in the future. If I do return and I am around Arbatax I would love to stay in this apartment again.

It is a very comfortable, modern, stylish flat close to the harbour. Mara is a very nice woman, she helped us a lot, we could ask her about anything. The beds were comfortable and we loved the dining room with the terrace. The kitchen is well equipped. Everything was perfect, I wish we could stay longer.
