Good location and pretty room with parking
9.0Right in the heart of Bakewell but very quiet with a communal garden

6.0Good central location in Bakewell with parking. Pleasant outlook onto a garden. Good supply of tea , coffee and biscuits. Breakfast, taken at a separate venue nearby was good .
− There was a notice saying that the shower was slow draining! It was awful. I hardly had time to get in, shampoo my hair and rinse it before the water was up to the lip of the shower tray! There was a towel there so obviously an ongoing issue. Whilst happy to have a quick shower this was unacceptable! Also the mirror in the room is placed in a position where it is impossible to see to dry your hair as hairdryer won’t stretch that far! There are no windows in the room, only a glass door for entry so the room was warm at night as we didn’t feel secure to keep entrance door open during the night.

8.0The location is ideal, bit of a tight squeeze to get through the alley but then all good.
− Beds were comfy, lighting could be be a bit cosier, and the waterpump was loud and annoying but we spoke to the vert kind owner and he said it’s aupposed to turn off at 10pm.

− The road to property was narrow, driver need to take extra care and aware. The owner was very considerate and would provide the details in advance. So it’s not difficult.
Bakewell is a cute and pretty town. Our host Sarah was perfect.
9.0Gated parking facility and only a short walk to the town centre. Good breakfast selection at nearby sister B&B situated within walking distance.
