6.0− there may be a critter in the ceiling above the living room area. first time in jacksonville and the area we were in was lower income and a little scary. property wasnt cleaned when we arrived.

To the owner please when renting please make sure it clean and in a good shape to rent!

− The cost of this apartment is not worth it, one of the beds in the kitchen and bath towels was used and had hair on them, the place was not fully cleaned with bugs crawling around, the AC vents had mold buildup as well!
