6.0The apartment was spacious, bed excellent.
− There were no wine glasses, the microwave didn't work, we couldn't get terrestrial TV and we wanted to watch the football world cup final. The blinds in the lounge were hanging down. The patio outside looked dirty. The apartment is described as luxury but I would describe it as adequate.
Good location for pet owners but certainly not ‘luxury’.
6.0Good location, especially if you have a dog, there’s a lovely park out the back of the property. Free parking.
− In desperate need of TLC, certainly not ‘luxury’. Example, the microwave was broken, the outside space was mouldy and dirty, the blinds were falling off the windows and the sofa was very uncomfortable.

10.0We loved everything about this apartment. It was exceptionally clean, the owner was more than accomidating when i messaged them. It was cosy. The roof terrace was great. The bed was comfy. Literally amazing. There wasnt a bad thing about the place.

Despite short comings we would stay there again .
7.0Great location for our needs . Very roomy . We were drawn to it because it has a good sized balcony ….but
− The balcony is dirty and the fake grass full of debris as well as black damp stains from a winters water ingress . The balcony sides are particularly unattractive from damp and moss . The shower tray was blocked which prevented its use on day 1 but credit to management on our return it was sorted and worked well . The appartment itself has not been treated well by earlier occupants and is tired and worn . The bathroom fan switch has been broken and not repaired . Finally the communal area leading to the flat is dirty , has a well worn carpet on the stair well and could be a trip hazard going forward .
