− Room Service Very Bad, breakfast timing given upto 10.00am but few live breakfast item closed earlier by 9.30am. Room service delivery of foods too late due to less numbers of service staff and team

− The staff at reception. The lady was curt and a bit arrogant and rude.
DO NOT STAY here.
4.0Location and accessibility.
− The staff. The staff is absolutely awful and uncooperative. The night manager Praveen is a 26 year old rookie and extremely rude. Booking.com shows this as a genius level property but it’s a total scam. The above mentioned staff member who is supposed to work night shift, I caught him sleeping in the lobby everytime I returned after my day. And after I tried explained to him that it gives the property a terrible reputation.. he argued with me. And then when I asked for the receipt of my payment I get a picture of a screenshot. So unprofessional. I take my business elsewhere.
