3.0We ended up at different accommodation as this flat was not available. Very strange why accept booking if cannot provide services. Booking could certainly improve their due diligence to prevent such situations. Ensuring all properties are available as advertised and maintaining clear communication with property owners would greatly enhance the user experience and reliability of the service. This just reflects on app’s reliability overall.
− The place we booked was unavailable. We were offered alternative accommodation at the last minute and, with no other options while traveling with a baby, had to accept it. Again noticed this with many properties in Bishkek the same issue. False advertising. @booking.com - should do better job of check landlord/ due diligence.
