The view from the apartment is amazing and every essential you’d need in an apartment is there. And the host was great, very friendly and helpful.

− I’d highly recommend having a car for this apartment as it’s not super close to the city centre and it’s a steep uphill to get to the apartment. Appliances could be renewed and also the shower could also have a refresh.

A good choice with good value with some drawbacks.

The location is good with some nice view and it was reasonably priced.

− The apartment is situated directly above a currently dilapidated and defunct communal pool area, which is an eyesore, but you can ignore it. The rest of the view is nice. Apparently the pool area is due for renovation from May 2026 which will mean a lot of noise for the apartment, first from construction and then later from the pool itself. The chairs in the terrace were all uncomfortable. In winter you have to know that due to the altitude of the location, it is approximately 2 degrees colder up there than down at sea level. The garage is an adventure with its steep approach and the necessity to back into it. I was surprised I managed to do this more than 20 times without causing any harm to the rental car (the smaller the better). In the end, the availability of your own private parking is appreciated, as traffic and parking is a nightmare anywhere in Southern Tenerife.

Spokojna okolica

− Sofa do spania bardzo mała, może 1 metr szerokości (tak na oko), w opisie apartamentu jest określana jako sofa na 2 osoby. Dostaliśmy instrukcje że możemy spać w nogach żeby się zmieścić 🤭🫣, tak też zrobiliśmy jednej nocy, (też ledwo się zmieściliśmy), zanim dostarczono nam dostawkę. Do dostawionego łóżka dostaliśmy jakiś stary koc zamiast kołdry, jest to istotne ponieważ byliśmy tam w grudniu i w nocy jest zimno. Bardzo mało miejsca na ubrania, duża szafa ale w środku jedna mała półka i drążek na powieszenie ubrań (z tym że dostępnych było może 10 wieszaków jak na 4 osoby to szału nie ma🫥). Na tarasie sztuczna trawa, codziennie rano zapach szamba( chyba z tej zabutwiałej sztucznej trawy).
