4.0Las vistas y los colchones eran muy buenos. La persona de contacto fue amable, quien nos indicó varias rutas para hacer en la zona durante la estancia. La zona es muy poco transitada y "salvaje", lo que hace que hacer rutas y tener unos días de tranquilidad es genial.
− Nuestra estancia en el apartamento Brama fue decepcionante en relación con el precio y lo anunciado. Nos encontramos con varios problemas: utensilios de cocina en mal estado (como el cepillo para lavar los platos) y escasos, falta de productos de limpieza, mampara de ducha que no cerraba, espejo deteriorado, una ventana del salón que no funcionaba y ausencia de mosquiteras (lo que provocó muchas polillas). Añadido a una falta de aislamiento sonoro con el resto de la casa que hace tener la sensación de falta de intimidad. Comentamos estas incidencias con la propietaria, pero su respuesta fue poco empática, indicando que el apartamento era para 6 personas y que deberíamos haber reservado otro más pequeño, en lugar de atender las observaciones. Entendemos el esfuerzo por ofrecer un alojamiento sostenible, pero detalles como la cafetera de cápsulas o el mantenimiento insuficiente contradicen ese mensaje. En general, la relación calidad-precio no fue buena y la experiencia no estuvo a la altura de lo esperado ni de lo que se anuncia.
