8.0Apartamento muy bonito, cómodo y full equipado, impecable limpieza y la anfitriona muy amable.
− Solo aire acondicionado en el salón. Instalaciones del edificio deterioradas. Sin embargo, el apartamento compensaba.

9.0Espacio suficiente, limpio, la persona que nos atendió muy amable y puntual, bastante cerca de comercios y ocio. En el piso había de todo. Detalle de agua fría en la nevera y una botella de vino. Se nos habia olvidado algo al dejar el piso y nos avisaron enseguida.
− Como sugerencia, poner una campana extractora, y dejar un estropajo y bayeta cocina nueva,
