7.0The location was quite handy when you arrive at St Pancras station. The flat was very comfortable and clean, although the approach outside and stairwell were not clean. Very expensive but it's London!
− It was like staying on top of a railway station with the noise of the metro trains day and night. On the other hand, handy to have the transport just across the road. I didn't like being contacted every day by the owner to see if everything was ok. At least in a hotel, they leave you alone and you contact them if there is something! I find the system of key box complicated with codes etc. Fortunately my grandchildren understood and took it over! Also, not being able to watch the tv and having to watch the programmes on my granddaughter's computer is not normal.

10.0The location is great. The rooftop sight is great. Very well insulated in regardstotemperature. The kitchen is functional. Very kind of you to leave water in the fridge. The kids' kot is suitable for small kids up to 2-3 years old. My child loved it a lot. Two functional bedrooms-enough for two families. There's very good noise insulation as the station is near. The flat 5 is great to me.
− Mind that the flat 5 is on 3rd floor and is accessible via stairs. Mind this if you have elderly people in the group. One bathroom - you need to plan a schedule if your group is more people. Time is not enough 😀.
