9.0Location wise, it is very good. Close to a convenience store, gas station, fast food, SM Mall and DGT for night market and jogging. In terms of safety, the place is very safe. The unit is very clean, with all amenities, the host is very helpful & attentive, fast internet and parking (for a fee) is very safe.

− Everything was good except there was no accountability on the Property managers side when the car that we rented that was placed on their parking area got stained by cement/paint. The car was parked there as part of their policy and we even paid 150 per night for the parking. In the morning, we saw the car covered with dots of what seemed like cement/paint because of the ongoing construction in the area. The owner of the car had us pay additional fee but it should not be our fault when we parked it in the right place. They should be held accountable for requiring the guests to park in that area. because there are no other parking area available for guests.
