Ideal for Big families or Barkada♡

Cozy, clean and convenient! Was a great spot for our group of 6 people.

This was a great airbnb spot and I would definitely use it again! The rooms were cozy, clean and the air conditioning worked very well in each of the rooms. The beds were comfortable too. There were 6 people in our party which was probably the max amount of people you could have in this space without feeling too cramped, but we made it work! The hosts were very helpful, flexible and easy to communicate with. We wanted to add a bed/mattress to one of the rooms and they set it up immediately for us as we were moving our stuff in. They were willing to wait for to give us keys for a late night check in (around 10:30pm) but they also came to pick up the keys for our early morning check out (even notified them last minute). The best part was the location of the Airbnb. It was in a quiet and safe little neighborhood that was a short 2min walk from a 7-eleven, laundromat, water refill station, massage spa, a yummy restaurant (with very friendly workers), and even a little playground area (good if you have kids).

− The living room space was a little bit small and cramped for 6 people, but the couch was comfortable for sitting 4 people around the TV and we just pulled up some of the bar stools (there were 4 total). One thing that might be helpful to know is that there isn't any air conditioning in the living room space, but we just opened the doors of our bedrooms with AC and put the fans on which worked pretty well. This wasn't a big issue, but the AC unit in a couple of the rooms were a bit noisy (could be bothersome for folks who are sensitive to noise when they sleep), but didn't bother our people too much. One thing helpful to know is that the apartment is on the 3rd floor of a building with stairs. So if you have big luggage or are less able-bodied, this would be a difficult spot.
