4.0It is a good location and simple but serviceable setup for a moderate price.
− We stayed there for about 5 nights after our arrival. Since ATMs can sometimes be tricky here due to not being refilled or having huge cues we were happy that they accepted that we paid a day later. Card payment is not available here. We came back here on short notice due to a mismanaged booking in another place we stayed. We told the manager we would go to the ATM in the same evening and pay them in the morning for a week. Unfortunately I had a really bad infection on my foot and couldn't walk properly. So I decided to only go to the ATM the next morning in order to cure my infection. My wife was similarly tired from the spontaneous move we had to make due to the mismanaged booking. When we walked down the stairs the next day the manager lady asked us " where is the money?". And we replied that we were just on the way to the ATM. She then informed us that she booked the place for other people and that we have to leave. So we stayed there before, paid everything and left on good terms, and got kicked out because we did not have the money first thing in the morning. On our way to the ATM. It's 2025 and no possibility to pay by card in a place with a stable internet connection already seems very outdated, even in Madagascar. But then showing no understanding towards the situations which customers might be having, even though they stayed there before and settled all the bills with no trouble.....that is just rude.

− I wasn’t going to actually cook there, but if I had wanted to: there were no pans… I would have liked a dark curtain on the window…
