We had a great stay at this apartment—it was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. We loved having espresso in the morning and wine in the evening on the balcony.

− The only downside was that we couldn’t figure out the heat our first night and it got quite cold, but the staff was responsive and helped us sort it out for our 2nd night. The apartment is located a few minutes from the main hotel with a steep walk up the stairs. The town itself is small and feels a bit isolated so the bus isn’t the most convenient option to commute around since it only runs once an hour, but the ferry is close by and was a much nicer and more reliable way to get around. This does not reflect our stay at the hotel at all but if you plan on visting other towns in Lake Como - it should be considered.

L’appartement tout confort a été joliment refait à neuf. Terrasses certes petites mais avec très belle vue. Présence de l’hôtel Aurora pas loin avec son deck sur le lac et les activités nautiques associées.

− Il y a eu un malentendu au départ sur le fait que nous pouvions accéder aux infrastructures de l’hôtel Aurora. Je n’avais pas vu qu’il y avait un supplément et m’étais fiée aux photos et aux commentaires des clients qui ne le précisaient pas. Sinon Lezzeno est traversé par une route qui est assez dangereuse et ne permet pas d’être complètement relaxes, surtout avec des enfants.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The view from the balcony and windows over the lake was perfect. The apartment is beautifully renovated and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully stocked kitchen and utensils. Plenty of space for a big family holiday - we couldn’t have asked for more.

The apartment was modern, spacious, and spread over two floors – very well equipped and comfortable. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning!

− One thing that surprised us was the parking space included in the price – it turned out to be just a spot along the road, almost at a bus stop. It would be great to have some extra towels and more hangers in the wardrobe. Unlike many other stays, there were no small welcome touches – not a real issue, but something we noticed, especially since we had mentioned we were celebrating a birthday.

Top locatie met prachtig zicht. Mooi en gezellige woning met alle gewenste comfort. Je voelt je onmiddellijk thuis. Ook de aparte wasruimte met wasmachine en droogkast was een enorme plus, zeker als je al anderhalve week aan het rondtrekken bent met 4. Vlakbij is het restaurant van Hotel Aurora (de eigenaars van het huisje) een top plek met heel lekker eten en snacks en een prima sundeck (aan 30 euro/dag/persoon) met ligstoelen, parasols en toegang tot kayaks, sup boards, een watertrampoline met glijbaan etc.

− Niet echt een tegenvaller, maar wel iets om rekening mee te houden: er zijn dichtbij 2 kleine kruidenierswinkeltjes die niet de hele dag open zijn. Voor iets wat de naam "buurtsupermarkt" verdient moet je al wat langer rijden. Een echte grote supermarkt (denk aan een grote Carrrefour, Delhaize, AH,...) hebben we eenvoudigweg niet gevonden op minder dan 45' rijden. Als je in één van de lokale restaurants wenst te eten, reserveer je best ten laatste de dag voordien, want anders is alles volboekt.
