10.0Топовое месторасположение в новом центре Уральска. Два торговых центра и четыре кофейни в шаговой доступности. Потрясающий вид на центральную площадь. Это наверное первый раз когда, реальность превзошла ожидания. Удивили проектор - домашний кинотеатр, гамак на балконе, и в целом дизайн квартиры. Думаю лучшая квартира в Уральске. Странно что она без отзывов и оценок, так как в квартире есть награда букинг 9,8 баллов
− Подьезд. Немного обшарпаный.
