10.0This is a great, comfortable apartment with excellent facilities and interesting features. Located in a quiet side street 5 minutes walk from the town centre. Host was helpful, friendly and quick to respond.

9.0Cleanliness and the comfortable main room.bed but the one in living room the sheets were not so clean. Well all other things were good. Though we were expecting welcome drink;)
− Everything was good except the living room bedsheets. Otherwise its very cozy and comfortable stay.
Have stopped in Ipswich before but always around the Marina. This time needed to stay nearer Christchurch park to visit
10.0Ideally situated for our needs. Short walk to town and the marina. Everything was clean , tidy and comfortable. Stuart very helpful with parking and checking we had everything. Nice friendly pub opposite will definitely stay again
