Lovely quiet air conditioned Annex with private patio area
10.0The Annex is a really good sized accommodation with everything you need for your stay. It also has air conditioning which was so appreciated during our hot stay. There is also a nice private little sun trap patio area to sit out in. The area is great, very quiet with some local country walks and a reservoir to walk to. Very handy for trips to Leominster, Hereford and Ludlow all within 20 minutes drive or so. The hosts, Mel & Guy are really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We appreciated the beers, home made jam and muffins when we arrived !

10.0Love this place, second time we have been and intend to go again. Lovely welcome from Mel, who honestly does go above and beyond Very clean and comfortable. Great walk in shower and spacious bathroom. Well equipped kitchen. Air Conditioning had been added in the lounge since the last time we had been which is fabulous in this weather. Great walks from the door and arboretum about 3 moles away. Leominster about 3 miles away too, with an excellent Indian. Extremely dog friendly. Enclosed garden out the front but private with well established trees and bushes. Sitting area with umbrella for shade.

10.0Mel and Guy were fabulous hosts, the annexe is perfect for a weekend away with our small dogs, they had even provided a dog box full of goodies, with lovely dog walks straight out of the house. Very peaceful location 😃 can't wait to return

9.0The property was clean, pleasant, comfortable and very well equipped - the hosts had thought of everything. Mel was very welcoming and kind. The location was pretty and peaceful, with walks from the property that did not require a car. The little enclosed courtyard was nice on a warm evening, and a number of National Trust properties were only a short drive away. Leominster about a 5 minute drive.

10.0The Annex is a really good sized accommodation with everything you need for your stay with a fully equipped kitchen including an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer. There is also a little sun trap of a patio area to sit out in with a BBQ if required. The area is great, located between lots of interesting places to visit, near a cider shop and has walks on the doorstep. The hosts are really friendly and did everything to help guests enjoy their stay
