− Lack of utensils in kitchen lack of paper lack of coffee and the small gallery wide enough to put in a chair sideways the noise comming from traffic the petrol fumes the ants and the centipedes in the appt safety concerns no ramp for stairs ect ect

− No tiene parking, tienes que esperar a la noche para encontrar un hueco y dejarlo ahí todos los días.
