Pretty new villa
8.0Brand new and very pretty villa. Lovely furnishings and well equipped. Washing machine in villa which is a great help. They offered a lovely menu for food delivery to the villa.
− Quite far from everything, but I think that is what Uluwatu is like in general.

A nice villa but cleanliness was terrible
4.0The aesthetic was nice
− Location not so good. The pool had not been cleaned and was full of green algae. I had to call the staff in to deal with it. We were not able to use pool for 24 hours. There were only three bowls and spoons, I had to ask staff to find more cutlery and plates for four people. The staff were lovely, but really disappointed to turn up to a villa with three kids and find a green pool. Angek the manager helped to fix the issue but it should never have been this way. We decided to stay an extra night and when I asked for a discount it was denied. I then asked for a late checkout due to our late flight departure, this also was denied. Disappointing response really, it wasn’t until I expressed how annoyed I was, and that this would be a good opportunity to show some good faith that the staff attempted to rectify the situation. They offered a free transfer to the airport. The towels were marginal, probably needed replacing. What should have been white was very grey looking. The white sheets were also no longer white.
