− The noisy disturbance during at night from other guests I think the sound proofs is needed to improve.

− The room condition was very bad and did not meet basic standards. There were many people talking loudly, creating a lot of noise. I informed the staff, but they did nothing to control the situation. Because of this, I could not sleep at all. I checked in for only about 30 minutes and then decided to leave the hotel. At that time, money was not important to me—I just wanted to leave because the situation was unacceptable. I am very disappointed with this experience and the lack of response from your staff
