If you like admin hassle, go for it, otherwise avoid.

− Property not ready for our arrival (not clean), then had to do all our own admin (local tax declaration, even though it was all paid in advance), then were asked to move apartment on second day (new apt aircon was far worse), when they finally turned up. The promised rebate for the disastrous first day has never been reimbursed. Basically run on a shoestring, with children in charge.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Late check-ins: If you arrive outside of normal hours, please note that there is a late check-in fee. If you arrive after 21/9pm the fee is 20€, and after 24/12am the fee is 50€.
