1.0− I was ment to be ground floor was flat 2. Beds dirty. Bathroom was disgusting mould in the shower limescale as well Mould at the bathroom sink, insects on the kitchen work top, the floor the bathroom Fridge was broken all tesco delivery wasted fridge and freezer smelled, floors dirty table dirty sofa needs replaced walls need cleaned, smell of damp when you come in the front door before you even enter the flat door, bed bugs as 2 if the guests have bites. Internet did nit work. Tried calling host to be moved phone was off shock. Spoke to tenants of his to be informed that. The hosts dont do anythinv

1.0Booked 2 rooms for 4 guests. Travelled 4 hours and 10 mins before arrival I was told that booking.com had double booked and we were given an alternative stay. We arrived at our alternative stay to find that we had one little room with a double bed for 4 guests. I tried numerous amount of times to contact booking.com and the owners and had no response from either. We were left with no option but for 2 of the guests to sleep in a freezing cold car overnight. I'm shocked and disgusted with the service. Also the WiFi was broken. Still have no response from either party. No refund no compensation or anything. Absolutely shocking service from both. I have used booking.com on many occasions but will never use again.

− The toilet seat was broke, the bathroom was dirty, the downstairs bedroom is freezing, neighbours were knocking the door at about 4am and running up and down the stairs waking us up.

− This place needs a new cleaner, whoever is doing the cleaning just does not care! *the toilet was disgusting, i had to clean it myself. * the shower and shower head are covered in mould, an anti-mould spray would do the work *the sofa is filthy, use a vacuum cleaner * why cover the floor in petroleum wax instead of mopping, it was not a good smell!! * The BED! It was not changed, i could NOT sleep in that! why use grey/black sheets! All accomodstions use white beddings even hostels. Grey sheets are for hiding bad hygiene. * the smell of mould is overwhelming! Get a more efficient humidifier
