5.0Die Aussicht war fantastisch und die Nasszellen neuwertig und gut konzipiert.
− Es war nicht sauber. Auf der Terrasse lag ein defekter Tischteil am Boden. Zerbrochene Steckdosenabdeckungen lagen herum. Ein Kasten hatte zur Hälfte keine Türe. Ein Kopfkissen war braun gefleckt🤮die Nespressomaschine wurde erst am 2. Tag nach Reklamation gebracht. Das Tiefkühlfach war vereist und musste von Happy Rental enteist werden. Die Polstergruppe war voller Flecken.

7.0Beautiful view! Lovely house. The Happy Rentals Team is very responsive.
− WiFi didn’t work - the password given was not working. We were given portable WiFi that also didn’t work. Frustrating. Beds were uncomfortable and blankets all very thin. One of the beds has two different-height mattresses. The shower leaks excessively. Nothing to prevent it. Some other things we could knit-pick about. In terms of this property giving us a “vacation” vibe, not really. We wish we had booked a hotel instead. This way we wouldn’t have to take all the sheets off the beds as well. Sorry guys, this is my first ever complaint staying at any hotel or property on booking.com
