8.0Location is great despite being in the back building. The interior of the house is brand new, exactly as in the photo. When the sofa in the living room is opened, a full mattress comes out of it and becomes a double bed, which was quite comfortable. Moreover, when the bed is opened, the side can still be used as a sofa. Since we went as 3 people, we used both the bed and had a seating area. The building is very new, some apartments are still empty and under construction, but it didn't affect us. The internet worked well. It's not a negative, but of course there are some areas for improvement. Since there is no continuous cleaning service, it would be good to have a vacuum cleaner in the house. Also, when we arrived, there was only 1 roll of toilet paper, after that you do your own shopping. There is a Spar market very close by. Plates, glasses, pots, pans were sufficient. Cleaning supplies were available. There was only a water heater in the kitchen. There was no coffee machine. Refrigerator, oven etc. worked very well. However, it would be good to have some basic food items such as salt/pepper. We stayed for 3 nights and were satisfied, we would prefer it again when we come back."
