Disappointing & unacceptable customer support.
3.0Great location, central for beach, bars, coffee shops, supermarkets & links with public transport. Apartment was clean & the kitchen was well equipped.
− Appalling lack of customer service & care. Emergency number no one answered. Unable to locate the apartment when I first arrived, reached out via apartment contacts/concierge & booking.com. no one offered any help or support. I ended up spending my 1st night back at Malaga airport & needed family back home to help me locate the apartment the following morning. Washing machine didn't work. Freezer was so frozen up it wouldn't freeze ice cubes or even a small bottle of water. No plug in the bathroom washbasin to fill the sink to have a wash. No drying rack found, only a piece of rope attached outside the window, for everyone to see, especially those in the swimming pool below!
