9.0The location the cleans of the apartment Entertainment(netflix youtube) & internet & issential thngs in the WC , everything was parfect They offered fans in each rooms in case the weather become warm
Disappointed wouldn't use again
4.0Flat was ok. Quiet neighbours in the block itself.
− Lift not working which we were informed by other block users had been the case for 7 weeks. Wasn't given flat location while the morning of the booking, which was on the 6th floor. Felt this was deceitful as cancelling the booking would have lost us money. Not acceptable, should have made us aware at the time of booking that the lift was not available. Also, had to pay for parking as pass provided was for a location that had a non operating fob provided. Also the location was insecure with a hole in the security fence where access could be gained to the vehicles inside had we been able to use the facility 😯
