− Kamers super klein en bedden keihard. Eten was super beperkt en niet smakelijk. Geen mogelijkheid ligbedden bij het zwembad altijd vol. Betaalde lounge 100 euro per dag. Medewerker manager Ahmed niet aan te spreken of oplossing gericht schandalig gedrag!

7.0L’hôtel est très bien équipé et bénéficie d’une plage exceptionnelle. La propreté est tout à fait correcte et le personnel est aimable et serviable. En revanche, l’organisation et la maintenance laissent à désirer, trop peu réactif. Il a fallu attendre trois jours pour qu’ils réparent les soucis signalé, puis deux jours supplémentaires pour une télévision défectueuse. Après un changement de chambre, les mêmes problèmes étaient présents, donnant l’impression que les interventions techniques ne sont réalisées qu’après les plaintes des clients plutôt que dans le cadre d’un entretien préventif. Concernant le parking, bien qu’il soit annoncé comme disponible, les places sur le site sont limitées (enfin sur 9 nuits, j’ai réussi à me garer zéro fois). Il faut se garer de l’autre côté de la route, sur un terrain non aménagé en terre. Enfin, malgré la présence de nombreux restaurants, l’offre du buffet du midi et du soir reste un peu faible pour un all inclusive.

8.0Als je een allergie hebt zit je hier goed. Ik wil mevrouw Monika en Cetin usta erg bedanken voor al hun hulp. Er werd apart gekookt en elke dag is ons verteld wat we wel en niet mochten eten uit het open buffet.
