7.0Very spacious, clean. Good parking space
− No wi-fi for the whole duration of the stay. Shower not brilliant in the main bedroom, toilet dripped. Single beds had hard mattresses. Something red melted on the iron which could have ruined the white shirt to iron if not noticed!

Location good accommodation fair but communication and general sense of being unwanted - awful.
3.0Location was lovely in a delightful small village
− Communication was dreadful for example no response whatsoever about a request for a slightly earlier check in time. On arrival a kind Neighbour warned us electricity would be cut off for four hours on Saturday morning he said whole village had been notified of this some time ago. None of this information was passed on and as we were a family with young children it caused chaos in the morning. Notices everywhere telling us what we couldn’t do felt like an institution not a holiday house. Depressing.
It’s a very nice lodge, very clean and great location. Pool table is fun touch. Unfortunately too cold to enjoy for over
7.0Nice large property with plenty of amenities
− Property was beyond freezing upon arrival, almost inhospitable- it took a full day to final warm up, it’s possible the heating had not been on for a very long time. En suite is at the very end of the building, has one small towel heater so therefore does not warm up the room- unable to use this room as exceptionally cold. Check out time of 10am is very early, especially since you have to strip all beds, close all blinds, empty all bins etc- feel this is quite a lot of work- imagine going to a travel lodge and being told you must strip your beds and bring your bin bags out to the front etc. a man turned up while we were staying and just walked in, thought I was the cleaner and asked for the laundry.
