Perfect location, clean, great size and very cozy and comfortable! We absolutely loved our stay and the staff were so helpful and kind. It was so nice being at the front of a farm in such a picturesque location conveniently situated between Cambridge and Saffron Walden not to mention some other small towns nearby. We are visiting from Australia during winter so the staff ensured the house was nice and warm when we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay one we won’t forget! Our children were in heaven and just loved it.

It was adequate for a short stay.

The description of the whereabouts of the property was very poor. The instructions didn't mention the name of the main property and The Farmhouse was not mentioned. If it had said the Lodge we wouldn't have driven around looking for it.

− Kitchen was not very well equipped, a non stick saucepan would be good.

Heerlijk verblijf met veel privacy en prima lokatie

Mooi vrijstaand huis met veel ruimte, we waren met 5 volwassenen. Heerlijke bank. Lekker rustig en alle privacy. Linton is leuk en vlakbij (5 minuten met auto), de Linton Zoo vonden we geweldig en liefdevol en Cambridge is niet ver en goed bereikbaar met de Park and Ride. De oprijlaan naar het huis geeft een rijk gevoel.

− Ik miste tuinmeubilair, er staat alleen een picknicktafel maar geen tuinstoel om lekker te zitten lezen. Keuken was ruim en had veel. Alleen pannenlappen, echt grote pan en onderzetters zouden nog welkom zijn. Het was schoon maar paar dingen waren vergeten, heb dat doorgegeven dus dat is een volgende keer vast beter.

The house is situated on a private estate which is a very tranquil setting. It is exceptionally and tastefully furnished. Gardens front and rear with a table and bench set to enjoy a drink on a summer evening. The property was cleaned to a high standard and the welcome snack basket awaiting our arrival was a lovely surprise. There is wildlife to observe and listen to which all added to the peaceful surroundings. I highly recommend staying at this property, it is within easy driving distance of the small village of Linton which has some lovely quaint shops and a small bakery which make the most fabulous sausage rolls and cakes, there is also seating upstairs to enjoy the aforementioned delicacies. Cambridge is only a short driving distance from the property. The property has ample space for a family with 3 very good sized bedrooms a family bathroom upstairs and a downstairs toilet.

− In all honesty I cannot think of any negative points to make about this property.
