On the whole - Satisfactory !
7.0Good central location In Jomtien. Short walk from the beach and night market. Fantastic views across the Gulf of Thailand and the City from my 29th floor apartment. Modern 45 sq mt apartment which felt spacious with a separate bedroom and a small balcony. Nice pool and fitness room. A handy ground floor shop for essential supplies.
− After I confirmed my non-refundable booking, a 1,200 THB cleaning charge was added to my bill, for which my room was cleaned 0 times. An hour later I received an email from the agents informing me that Electricity was also to be charged separately at the end of my stay, AND that there would be a 3,000 baht cash damages deposit on the room. I wish they had been 'up-front' about these hidden extra's as it added almost 2,000 THB to the original price quoted. Sneaky ! Keeping the apartment clean would have been easier had they supplied a few more small things like washing up liquid, cloths, tea-towels, bin liners etc. Instead, I had to buy my own for a 5- day stay. Also, a lot more cutlery and some dinner plates would have been nice.

A damage deposit of THB 3000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
