− Muchísimas cosas, es un bajo, donde te ve todo el mundo, no está avisado, es a pie se calle, vamos, es un garaje hecho piso, hay humedad

− l'emplacement et le manque de luminosité dans l'appartement. impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres ( vu sur le trottoir, et rue passante !) à revoir le sèche serviette qui est rouillé + les joints de la sdb qui sont noirs !
