great location but not a place i would ever use again far from luxury !
3.0i had to phone the key holder twice to get the code for the key press as it want text to me there must be a better way to get this info
− The flat is very tired and in need of updating The beds were so uncomfortable you could feel every spring in them i am not sure smoke alarms should be on window ledges and the floor very noisy at night with loud music being played into the early hours

Failed to give access.

− Wasting 2 hours trying to contact property to gain access. Having to find other accomodation last minute. Having to co tact booking .com to cancel and do paperwork to be refunded. Reply from property 2 hour after check in "Sorry phone dead" The hallway of building which was all we could access is very dirty and poorly maintained.

− The properly was in need of cleaning and in a bad state of repair. The owner admitted that it needed work but wouldn’t refund the last 2 nights of our stay. We only stayed 1 night it was that bad
