4.0− I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent booking made through Booking.com at Fab Hotel. My confirmed booking was cancelled by the hotel citing an internal issue that the room rates on Booking.com were incorrectly updated. Upon arrival, I was left with no alternative but to pay cash directly at the hotel for my entire stay, at double the originally confirmed booking amount. This situation caused significant inconvenience, financial loss, and unnecessary stress, especially after having a confirmed reservation in place. Furthermore, I had contacted Booking.com customer support regarding this matter and was assured that the case would be investigated and that I would receive a callback. However, I have not received any follow-up to date, which is disappointing. I request the following: A refund of the excess amount paid over and above my original booking price. Appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused. A formal explanation regarding the lack of follow-up from customer support. I trust that this matter will be handled promptly and fairly. Please treat this as a priority and respond at the earliest. Looking forward to your resolution.

− It was a nightmare. In the middle of the night he woke me up and said that I had to present Indian ID( even though I had passport/OCI for everyone including child) or I had to check out. At 3 am with child and wife.

− it wasnt properly clean, rooms are smaller, too many mosquitos, not at all ventilated. they do not have in house kitchen or dining area.
