A spacious, beautifully situated rural accommodation, great if you need to be near Skipton. Good value for money.
8.0Positive: If you need to be near Skipton, this is a lovely, quiet, rural place to stay. A spacious apartment with a generous living and sleeping area. It’s also great that there’s more than enough parking space. Good wifi and good value for money.
− Suggestions for improvement: I’d recommend giving the kitchen a proper overhaul. First of all, a dishwasher; this would keep both the dishes and the kitchen much cleaner, and it adds real comfort. I’d also suggest putting up generous, sturdy shelves on the wall above the counter for the plates, glasses, mugs, bowls, etc. Lastly, I’d recommend investing in a new, good-sized oven/microwave combination.

10.0We had a lovely welcome at The Hen House with very clear directions of how to arrive. Lovely welcome pack on arrival. The accommodation was set in such beautiful surroundings with very generous outside space. Inside the cabin was beautifully decorated with everything we needed and very clean. We loved sitting on the balcony and the bed was so comfy. Loved the wildlife and of course the chickens. Would love to stay again. Very close to good locations.

Super comfy and relaxing stay.
9.0It was a lovely place with lots of wildlife and a friendly resident dog. From the pictures, it looks like you look out onto fields. You don't. The view from the large balcony is of the driveway and the owners' house and the hills in the distance, it wasn't not nice, but just not what I was expecting. The owners are super friendly and very helpful and couldn't do enough to ensure we had a lovely stay.
− Nothing really. Although, you could do with a cafetiere or italian coffee pot for coffee as we didn't bring coffee pods!
A little slice of peace and quiet
10.0A wonderful location, brilliant for a quiet time, away from the busy world and just to enjoy time with loved ones. Facilities are top notch and beautifully presented throughout, this was truly a much needed break and couldn't think of a better place to do it. Will definitely be returning and coming back. A* THANK YOU
