6.0Location was good. Property was very nice and the pool was clean. This was our second stay here, and we will probably be back again.
− The AC was broken. They had someone come out to fix it, which was nice but trying to get ahold of someone or a call back was annoying. I was waiting for an answer for like 20 minutes, twice. I had to leave a message since no one would answer. I also had to call an hour later to get an update on if they were going to fix the AC, since we hadn’t heard back even though it was during business hours. Then our washing machine wouldn’t work. Same thing with trying to get help. They weren’t going to send anyone out til 9:30am the next day when our check out was at 10am. Unfortunately I had to complain and they ended up sending someone out with towels for us since ours were soaked inside the broken washing machine. We did find old food on top of the fridge, food under the bed from previous renters, but we just threw it away. Other than that, the apartment was clean and nice. Things happen, but the ease of support was kinda a bummer and caused us to miss out on time at the beach or pool.
Peaceful stay, no crowds. Great place to get some rest.
8.0The room was very nice. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment which was essential as finding a decent place to eat proved an impossibility. The delivery of the rental equipment (chairs, umbrella) was a snap. The sand on the beaches was beautiful, kind of like confectioner's sugar. And the lack of crowds was great.
− The bathroom door/entrance door to the main bedroom where in constant conflict, opening into each other. Really bizarre lay out. We ran out of toilet paper on the second day and were surprised to find not a spare roll in the cabinets. We arrived expecting to find an office from which to get our room key, but there was nothing. Called an after hours number where they expressed shock that we hadn't been given the pass code to get into the room. Nope, nothing. Maybe it was an over site but at the time it was quite unpleasant to arrive and say Now wtf are we supposed to do?
