More student apartment
7.0Location is perfect, almost next to railway station and city centre. Parking garage at the same building (not free) which was great.
− We needed to pay 200€ deposit (it’s stands really small print in Booking) and it takes 7 days to get it back. apartment 55 was already dirty , toilet smelled bad (it was bucket where was dirty water from floors), walls had stains and some holes. I recommend to film the apartment when you arrive. And you need to take the trash out by yourself.
Einfach nur schrecklich!!
1.0− Schlimmster Aufenthalt seit langem! Von der 200€ Kaution, welche man vorher bezahlen muss, um die richtigen Schlüsselcode Informationen zu bekommen, wussten wir nichts und standen somit vor dem Hotel ohne funktionierenden Schlüsselcode. Die Kaution wurden auch erst nach 10 statt der besagten 2 Tage überwiesen. Außerdem Schimmel an dem Duschvorhang, unglaublich dreckiger Boden und die besagte Klimaanlage hatte keine Fernbedienung, war also nicht zu benutzen. Sofa viel auch fast auseinander, wenn man sich raufsetzt. Zimmer war auch nicht ansatzweise wie auf den angegebenen Fotos. Würde ich wirklich niemandem weiterempfehlen!!

Schlechter als erster Aufenthalt
4.0Die Lage ist TOP, billige Parkmöglichkeit (in Relation zu anderen) direkt im Keller des Gebäudes, und funktionierendes KLIMAGERÄT! Diesmal standen auch 2 Kaffeetabs zur Verfügung. :)
− Dreckig! Ich war schon einmal hier und letztes Mal war es vollkommen in Ordnung, bis auf einen verkalkten Wasserkocher und fehlende Geschirrspültabs. Diesmal: Duschvorhang zu kurz und schmutzig, Boden nicht gesaugt, 2 Löffel zur Verfügung, kein Schneidbrett, stumpfe Messer, schmutzige Gläser im Regal, Sofa staubig, Bett eingelegen, Fernbedienung für Jalousien verschmutzt und Kühlschrank dreckig. Ich musste selber Staubsaugen, weil ich so nicht meinen Aufenthalt verbringen wollte. Handtücher waren bereitgestellt, Mistkübel entleert, und das Bett war gemacht - aber der Rest wurde nicht angerührt!? Furchtbar! Wieso klappt es einmal und das zweite mal nicht?

9.0The apartment was in a very convenient location, close to the train station. There was plenty of space, and the rooms were comfortable. The hosts were very responsive and manage the property very well through WhatsApp. They are very thorough with their directions, and include a lot of information on the apartment and the electronics, etc.
− The shower was good, but the shower curtain was pretty useless and irritating. We ended up needing to mop up the floor after showers. The AC did not work great, but I think that's pretty common in Europe in general.
