− First, we made an online booking, and after the booking was confirmed, we went there. When we arrived, they showed us the room but then said there was no booking under my name — someone else had already taken the room. So, I will never prefer to stay at Lime Tree again, and I won’t recommend it to my friends or family. It was a very bad experience.

− The cleanliness of the bed n bedsheet . The ac was not in proper condition . Running tap water .- no bottles . Towels were not clean
I got scammed 2000 rupees, I didn’t even use the room. They still haven’t refunded the money they charged me at the rece

− Everything, there are spit marks on the walls and the floor is dirty. It stinks through and through.
