− They refused to let me check in due to a shower maintenance issue. I then wasted 1.5 hours of my time outside on a cold and rainy night in Hounslow desperately trying to get a refund of the non-refundable rate I paid and also finding another place to stay that night. I did get the refund in the end. However the whole experience was distressing and stressful to say the least. They should not be listing the property on booking.com if they know there is a maintenance issue.
